Our story
We saw a gap.
So we built
the standard.
01 · The gap
Service that feels
forced, not felt.
Walk into a restaurant, a hotel, a salon, and too often you can feel it: people working as if they're being forced to. It's not a talent problem. In other parts of the world, service is taken seriously. It's a craft, a career, a point of pride. Here, nothing rewards bringing your best. So many people don't.
02 · The old fix
Workshops don't
change behaviour.
The industry's standard answer is training: send the waitstaff, the receptionists, the hospitality teams to a customer-service workshop and hope it sticks. It rarely does. A lecture fades in a week. What actually changes behaviour is what changes motivation: being seen, being measured, and being rewarded for doing it well.
03 · Enter Tiply
Recognition,
built into every visit.
So we built a rewards and recognition ecosystem instead. Guests give feedback to restaurants, hotels, salons (any service business) in seconds, about the real person who served them. Staff know their work is seen every shift, not once a year. It keeps everyone on their toes, in the best way.
And businesses get a whole new angle on their team: real-time analytics that show exactly how each person is doing, so decisions about service come from data, not guesswork, not hearsay.
04 · Where it goes
Ratings first.
Then the rest.
Our focus today is ratings and reviews. That's the foundation. Next comes digital tipping: motivation staff can feel, sent straight to the person who earned it. And customers won't be left out: redeemable reward points, discounts, promotions, and raffles worth winning. Leaderboards for restaurants, salons, and bars turn great service into friendly competition.
One idea holds it all together: great service should be seen, measured, and rewarded.
